The Raptors 97 did play one other tournament, HSC Summer Classic (August 2005), playing up an age group. The Raptors 97 won their match against the U-9 Samba 97 team (11-1); but, lost to two U-10 teams (GSC Fury/Andre (10-2) out of Germantown, TN, the Tournament Champions, and the Samba 96 (3-1)). Also, during Regular season, the Raptors 97 played two boys teams, one a U-9 (VFC White 97, lost 2-1), and a U-8 (Kicks 98, won 11-1).

Below are the 2005 Fall Tournament Results. Appears that October was a VERY GOOD tournament month for the Raptors 97, playing in three tournaments and winning all three!!

Playing three teams from Tennessee (Knoxville and Signal Mountain) and one from Missouri, the Raptors 97 toughest match of the tournament was against the Metro Strikers coached by Ferguson out of St. Louis, Missouri! With Krystyn in goal and some awesome defense by Alison and Summer, the Raptors 97 were able to pull out the win, as each goal scored was answered with a goal by the other team! Goals were scored by Haley (2), Lily (1), and Sophie (the winning goal)!

Overall, the goal count for the four games had Lily with 6, Krystyn with 5, Sophie and Haley each with 4, Julia with 2, and Alison and Chandler each with 1. GREAT TOURNAMENT!!

The Raptors 97 shut out two of the local NASL clubs, before defeating two of the better Birmingham area teams, one in a shut-out. For the Championship, the Raptors 97 faced a local rival, the Lady Kicks 97 Red in a tough rematch, winning not only the game; but, the STATE TITLE!! Scoring 26 goals and allowing only 4, the Raptors 97 leading scorer was Lily with 7 (2 of those game winning goals), followed by Julia with 6 (2 of those game winning goals), Chandler with 4, Sophie also with 4 (one of those a PK), Haley with 3 (one of those the game winning goal), and Alison with 2. "Speedy" Summer prevented the opponent from taking many shots on goal, allowing Krystyn to relax at times, but, not enough for the Raptors 97 to take her out of goal!
