Intramural Program
Registration for the Fall Program will start at the end of School year. Teams and Coaches will be selected Labor Day Weekend; play will start the Saturday after Labor Day and finish the Saturday before Thanksgiving.

WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO REGISTER THROUGH OUR SECURE ON-LINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM (www.sportssignup.com/rosetreesoccer.start) OR THROUGH THE LINKS ON THIS WEB SITE. PAYMENT IS MADE VIA CREDIT CARD THROUGH THE ONLINE SYSTEM, OR CHECK VIA US MAIL.

Fall 2009 Intramural Registration and Fees
All registration can be completed on our new secure on-line registration system. The fee for each player is $55. For registrations completed after August 30th there is a LATE FEE of $15 ($70/player). Family maximum is two (2) player fees per family – Intramural Program only. Your 3rd, 4th, etc child can play free of charge. See above for more information about our on-line registration system. Once registered your fee must be paid within 10 days. A late fee will be added for registrations that are not paid by August 30th. Only those players registered, paid and rostered may participate. No registrations will be accepted at the fields. If you have any questions or concerns please either e-mail us at rosetreesoccer@aol.com or call our hotline - 610.565.4078.

Special Requests
The son/daughter of a coach is automatically placed on their team If requested we will try to do the following: Place a twin or sibling in the same division on the same team Move a sibling up an age group to play with an older sibling Place a player with one (maximum) other friend or relative on the same team We can not honor the following requests: Any request to move a player down an age group Any request to group more than two (2) players on a specific team We reserve the right to decline special requests in the interest of creating balanced teams WE WILL DISREGARD ANY REQUEST ON A REGISTRATION, THROUGH E-MAIL OR ON THE HOTLINE RECEIVED AFTER THE LATE DEADLINE (AUGUST 26th)
Volunteers
We can only field as many teams as we have coaches, team parents, referees and administrators, so please consider volunteering your time to assist with a team this Fall. We need volunteers to support all parts of the program; in particular Coaches and Team Parents. Please register on-line using the same procedure that you did for your child. Coaches: Rose Tree Soccer Club policy requires all coaches to annually provide an updated background check through the Pennsylvania State Police PATCH program. PATCH Certifications can be obtained online at https://epatch.state.pa.us and should be submitted to the Rose Tree Soccer Club by all volunteers every year. We believe that this program provides reasonable precautions so the Rose Tree Soccer Club can continue to provide a quality and safe experience for the children of our community.
Intramural Coach & Parent Code of Conduct
ALL PARENTS AND COACHES INVOLVED IN RTSC'S INTRAMURAL PROGRAM MUST READ AND BE FAMILIAR WITH THE FOLLOWING CODE OF CONDUCT.
