New Parking at Baptist Home Fields
RSL parents and visiting team coaches --
For home games and all practices, please park in the gravel lot opposite the baseball diamond. DO NOT park in the paved lots adjacent to the newly constructed residential buildings, nor in the firelanes along the roads, nor on the grass. The Baptist Home is very generous in allowing RSL to use its fields, and asks that we park only in this new gravel parking lot. Thank you.

RSL Grievance Procedure
On September 8, 2005 the board of directors approved a formal grievance process to fairly and efficiently deal with matters of dissatisfaction affecting our membership. Should any member of the club (player, parent, volunteer) have a complaint or grievance with another party or process of the club, they are advised to use the following procedure:
1) The dissatisfied party shall document the grievance and send the documentation to the club president via regular mail or email;
2) The president shall convene a special board of directors hearing within 4 weeks of receiving the documentation (at least 3 officers or directors and the dissatisfied party must be present and people named in the grievance (if any) may also be present at their choice);
3) The ranking, uninvolved, officer or director shall conduct the meeting as a delegate of the president and is responsible for notification of panel, attendees as well as distribution of any pertinent documentation;
4) In the first part of the hearing, the dissatisfied party may introduce additional information, will answer questions from the board and will then be excused;
5)In the second part of the hearing, any named parties present will be given an opportunity to rebut the grievance, answer questions from the board and will be then be excused;
6)In the third part of the meeting, the board will ajudicate and document disposition of the grievance;
7) Disposition of the grievance shall be communicated in writing by the ranking officer or director at the hearing to the dissatisfied person(s), any named person(s), and any person(s) affected by the disposition.
