On behalf of the Roxbury Little League Board, I would like to thank all who assisted with the Morris County Challenger League games on Sunday, June 14th.
The number of Roxbury players and parents who turned out to support this event was absolutlely incredible. Your willingness to take time from your busy schedules (on such short notice) was much appreciated and your efforts have truly had an impact on the lives of these very special Challenger League kids. We have received numerous messages from Challenger League administrators and parents expressing their appreciation to Roxbury Little League for hosting such a wonderful event.
A great demonstration to our youngsters of the power of community to make a difference.
