Please bring stunt and dance/cheer safety questions to this meeting. If you have a stunt question please send it to Merry3303@aol.com or dvalente@cox.net in advance of the meeting so we can review your safety concerns. Remember these few items: o Only controlled knee dropso Please review the stunt level’s make sure your stunt is in your declared levelo Dancing over another participant or cheering over another participant is not legalo No inversions except at the advanced level: At the advanced level however you must begin with hands on the performing surface to include the inversion.o No Jewelry, wrists bands, elastic bands etco You must not see fingernails if you are looking at the palm of the hando Hair must be worn in a manner to minimize risk for the participanto Hair ribbons must not be in the faceo Hair beads not permittedo No poms in stuntso No signso Pop Warner patches must be on the uniform o No glitter in hair or skino No tattoos on face or showingo Support braces (Page 77) must be appropriately coveredo Eyeglasses must be secured with a sports band
