                              Fall and Winter Skills, Drills and Thrills!  

WHERE:  Rochester Sports Garden

WHEN:   Sundays  ( see dates below)    November 8^th, 22^nd, December 6^th, 20^th , January 10^th,24^th, and 31^st February 14^th and 21^st.

TIME:     8:30 am – 10 am 

PRICE:    $100.00 (includes insurance) Players ranging from 7^th through 10^th grade are welcome. All players who are trying out for Modified or JV this spring are encouraged to come.  Please join us for stick skills, game drills and the THRILL of playing indoor lacrosse!  Practice begins at 8:30 am and if you want to come early to stretch out, warm up and shoot on goal be there at 8:00 am. Please make check payable to: RH Girls Lacrosse Club and bring it with you the first day
