Who Are We:

We are a program fueled by volunteer parents and RH Coaches who want to help promote youth lacrosse in the Rush Henrietta area.  Our programs focus on "Having Fun" while learning the fundamental skills for playing lacrosse.  Our philosophy is that winning comes secondary to sportsmanship, respect, FUN, hard work, and involvement by all team members.  If our players can accomplish these things in a game or practice we are winners!!!!!

  • We want both players and their parents to have fun and enjoy themselves.

  • Individual and team development will be influenced significantly by the attitudes of all the players, parents, and coaches.  Our goal is to install positives into practices and games.

  • We will be teaching the players fundamental skills of lacrosse and the rules of the game.  Developing basic skills requires the teaching of proven techniques together with drills and repetition.

  • Players will be taught that lacrosse is a team sport in which all players have key responsibilities as teammates and that no single player is bigger than the team.

  • Players will learn that to be successful RH Lacrosse club members they must treat their teammates & coaches, opposing teams, referees, teachers, and parents with RESPECT!

RH Lacrosse club members must also develop or have a strong work ethic where 100% is given in the classroom as well as on the lacrosse field.

The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand. —Vince Lombardi
