Winter Work Outs at Extra Innings of Upper-Marlboro
We will conduct our Winter work-outs at Extra Innings of Upper Marlboro beginniing in January. I will have registration forms available for the Fall teams at the last couple games. Space is limited and this is a popular event so please reserve your space as soon as possible by completeing your form and paying the fee.
There will be one night during the week for each age group for 2 hours of warm up, skills training and hitting.
