Late Charge

A late fee of $5.00 (per child) per week will be charged for payments received later than the week due
 (See Calendar & Payment Schedule For Weeks Due).



Returned or Redeposited Check

A fee of $25.00 will be charged for each returned or redeposited check.

The following is due at time of sign up;
A $25.00 non-refundable annual registration fee is due at time of sign - up and will be charged yearly in September
&
A $30.00 non-refundable deposit is due at registration for each class, in order to reserve a position (Deposit is applied towards tuition)

We are not responsible for any lost items, however we maintain a lost-and-found box.

Registration forms must be completed before a student can participate in class.



Who is allowed in the gym?

Who is allowed in the gym?

Only gymnasts and staff are allowed in the gym.
Gymnasts may only enter gym with a coach and must not use equipment without supervision.
There is an observation area upstairs available for parents
and non-participating children to view classes.
Non-participating children must be supervised at all times, including the bathroom, and parking areas.



Parking & Picking Up

Parking;
Please don't park in front of the main entrance. There are designated areas for handicapped and other parking.
Picking Up;
Please pick up your child promptly after class. For safety reasons, children should wait inside the building, not in the parking lot.



Food and Drinks

Food and drinks are allowed in designated areas only.
Please dispose of your litter responsibly.

Class Cancellations will be Announced on...

Radio Stations WSRS 96 FM & WTAG 580 AM.

Call Gymn For Recorded Message.

When this happens the class that was cancelled will be resceduled by management.



Make - Ups

Make - Ups 

Make - ups may only be made for illnesses.


Before class is missed you must call Pat (Only) at the gym in order to receive a make-up.


A make - up must be scheduled within 2 weeks from the date missed.
 

If a make - up class is missed it becomes forfeited.



Abscence

What to do if your child will be absent?

Before the class is missed, notify Pat at the front desk in order to receive a make up. 
If there is a prolonged absence notify Pat in order to secure your child's spot in their class.

Prolonged Abscence

If there is going to be a prolonged absence, please notify the front desk in order to secure your child(s) spot in his/her class.

If there is no communication made with the front desk after 2 consecutive classes being missed, your child(s) spot will be forfeited.



Boys & Girls:

No Jewlery In The Gym:

* For saftey reasons all jewjery (ex. watches, earings, medals, etc.) must be removed before attending class.

 

Boys - What to Wear: 

Athletic shorts, T-shirt and bare feet.
If your hair can fall into your veiw, it must be pulled back securely
No buttons, snaps, or zippers allowed on clothing worn in gym.

 

 Girls What to Wear:

Leotards and bare feet.
If desired, shorts and/or footless tights.
If your hair can fall in to your veiw, it must be pulled back securely.
No buttons, snaps, or zippers allowed on clothing worn in gym.
