Welcome to the 2009 QuickSilver 18U Girls Fastpitch Softball team website ... part of the QuickSilver Girls Fastpitch Softball organization that has been in existance since 1995. QuickSilver fields "A" teams in each of the age brackets from the 18's to the 14's. The QS organization is committed to providing opportunities, through competitive softball, for players to develop skills and attitudes that will enhance their lifelong enjoyment of the game and develop confidence, discipline, and teamwork that will be of benefit in all aspects of the players life. At the 18U level our team is focused on maintaining a positive and competitive environment for the development of fundamental skills and teamwork, while providing an enjoyable playing atmosphere! Our goal is to prepare the ladies mentally and physically, inherently instilling the quiet confidence that is essential to compete at the highest level. Work hard and reap the benefits.

SPY Knows...
When you want to know what's happening in softball, you got to SPY.
SPY provides reports on major ASA, PONY and other 18-U girls fastpitch softball tournaments, including national championships, and exposure tournaments like the Boulder Independence Day tournament, the Plantation, Pennsbury and Rock Hill exposure tournaments, the annual Batbuster and Firecracker tournaments, Colorado Fireworks at Aurora,etc. SPY also reports on major college tournaments, including the Women's College World Series, the NFCA leadoff, Fiesta and KIA classics, other college tournaments and season competition.. SPY reports have proven recruiting links to college coaches, enabling them to identify prospects they might not have seen, and to corroborate their own assessments. Rayburn Hesse, a nationally recognized coach and scout writes all SPY reports. SPY is a non-profit company, primarily funded by Mr. Hesse, but also supported by team subscriptions to SPY's links pages.
