Quest is committed to training and mentoring every student-athlete. We host these practices to help wretlers reach their individual excellence in the sport of wrestling. The goal of these sessions is to enhance what we teach year round to our wrestles, which is building solid technique and competitive mental composure. These sessions, will enhance a wrestler’s success at any level. The instruction is comprehensive and geared towards drilling, refining wrestling techniques, conditioning and mental preparation. It is this method of building of an “expected standard” , that helps to instill in our wrestlers that success does not come by chance, but through preparation and hard work.

Quest Canonsburg is hosting a Workout Session with
Former World Cup & Pan Am Champion , Olympic Bronze Medalist and 3x NCAA Champion---Coach Nate Carr!!
Nate will be at Quest Canonsburg on Sunday, Nov 6th for the High School Workout at 5:30pm and the Jr High and Elementary Practice at 7:00pm. Cost is $20.00 per wrestler payable day of training.
A little more about Nate Carr. Currently he is the Director of Prodigy wrestling {training center} in Springboro, Ohio. Coach Nate Carr boasts impressive accomplishments both as an athlete and a coach, as well as a person of high character. Coach Nate Carr won a H.S. state title in Pennsylvania and went on to electrify countless college wrestling enthusiasts in the pursuit of claiming three individual NCAA division titles for Iowa State University, under legendary coach Doctor Harold Nichols. It was during his colligate years that Nate Carr had epic battles with arch nemesis, Kenny Monday. This heated rivalry turned into mutual respect and later into a lasting friendship that exist today. Upon graduating from college Nate Carr turned his focus to international competition, winning a World Cup championship, Pan Am championship and Olympic bronze medal. After competition Coach Carr turned his focus to coaching. In 1991 he was named assistant coach of the year while at West Virginia University. Nate Carr has been inducted into the National Wrestling Hall of Fame as a distinguished member. Nate Carr is a man of great faith in God which only makes himself the type of role model most parents would want their children around. ---and for those of you who don't know Coach Nate Carr, married Coach Akerly on 10.22.11!!!!
