Ballston Spa
Directions:
Interstate 87 (Northway) South to Exit 12
At exit 12 head west on State Rt 67
Stay on Rt. 67 for approximately 4 miles after leaving I 87.
Rt 67 will intersect Rt 50 in Ballston Spa
At the intersection of Rt 67 and Rt 50 go straight through the intersection onto Ballston Avenue: do not turn right on Rt 50 north and Rt 67.
Follow Ballston Avenue approximately 300 yards to the Ballston Spa Middle & High School Complex which is on the left hand (west) side of Ballston Avenue
The Lacrosse fields are adjacent to Ballston Avenue and can be seen from Ballston Avenue.

Bethlehem
Directions:
Interstate 87 (Northway) South to Exit 1
At exit 1 head east on Interstate 90 (towards Boston)
Stay on I 90 approximately 1.5 miles and take exit 4 to Rt 85 (Slingerlands)
Follow Rt 85 (Slingerlands) for 4.7 miles until intersection with Rt 140 Cherry Ave ext. Take left onto Rt 140 (Cherry Ave)
Stay on Cherry Ave (it changes from Rt 140 to Rt 52) for 1.7 miles. Turn right on Rt 443 (Delaware Ave).
After turn onto Rt 443 (Delaware Ave) Bethlehem HS will be on left. Lacrosse fields are in High School Complex

From Queensbury:
- I-87 South to Exit 9W
- Merge onto Rt. 146 West from exit ramp
- Go straight through ALL intersectoins until Rt. 50
- Take right onto Rt. 50
- Take left at 3rd traffic light onto Lakehill Rd
- School is approx. 1/2 mi. on left

Directions:
Northway South to Exit 18
Turn left at the bottom of ramp towards the City of Glens Falls.
Go approximately 1 mile and watch for Hanaford on your left
Turn left directly after Hanaford and before the Toyota Dealer onto Larose Street
Watch for the Larose Street field on your left

Niskayuna
Directions:
Northway South to exit 9, RT 146 toward Shenendehowa HS.
Follow 146 toward Rexford Bridge, after bridge takes an immediate right hand turn onto Aqueduct Road.
Approx. 2 miles is the Niskayuna Rec. Center on left.
Fields are at the top of the Hill ..if you see Wells Nursery youve gone too far.

Shenendehowa
Directions:
Take 87 south to exit 9.
At Exit 9, head west on state Rt 146.
Stay on Rt. 146 for approximately 1.7 miles after leaving I 87 and turn left into the Shenendahowa school complex.
After entering Shen School complex, take the first right hand turn. The right hand turn is approximately 100 yards after leaving Rt 146.
Follow this road approximately 0.5 miles until you see the Shen lacrosse fields on the left.
