ACL Injury Prevention Project
The team follows the PEP Program (Prevent Injury, Enhance Performance) developed to decrease the number of ACL injuries incurred by female soccer players.
Practice Schedule
In the fall we will not hold regular practices. In the winter we will practice on Sundays & Tuesdays at the Soccer Dome. In the spring we will practice on Tuesdays & Thursdays at Supplee Field.
