Registration Fees.  Registration fees are $80 per player for ages 7 and up; $65 per player for ages 5 and 6 (age as of April 30, 2010).   Maximum cost per family is $145.  Due to economic circumstances, Powell LL has had to raise our registration fees for the first time in three years by $10 per player.  This modest increase covers:

  • increase field costs by Portland Parks & Rec
  • incareased insurance costs
  • incrased equipment and uniform costs
  • loss of a majority of our team sponsorships over the last two years
  • our continued committment no to ask our families to fundraise
Due to insurance restrictions, players must be 5 years old by April 30, 2010.

POWELL LITTLE LEAGUE SCHOLARSHIP FUND

Everyone deserves a chance to play ball.

The Powell Little League Scholarship Fund enables families who, because of economic circumstances, may not be able to participate and register for Little League.  Give the amount you are able, and show that Powell Little League families are judged by the size of their hearts, not their pocketbooks.

On behalf of the players and families who will benefit from your generous support, the Powell Little League Board of Directors thanks you!

YES! I would like to donate to the Powell Little League Scholarship Fund.

BEAVERS TRIPLE A BASEBALL FUNDRAISER

Once again we will be offering tickets to the Portland Beavers games at PGE Park for a discounted rate. These are General Admission coupons which can be exchanged at the PGE Park box office for any home game during the 2010 regular season (April through August). Tickets can also be upgraded at the box office for a reserved seat. Tickets will be availble beginning at our Powell General Meeting on March 10.

Powell Little League is offering the Portland Beavers tickets as a convenience for PLL members and because we support baseball in Portland! PLL keeps a portion of the proceeds from each ticket sold.

Contact Jeremy Aliason for more information.
