Pottstown Little League: Safety Information

Safety Program for Pottstown Little League
A S A P - What is it?

ASAP is A Safety Awareness Program sponsored by Little League and continues the Little League Tradition of making it safer for kids.

In 1999, Pottstown Little League had it's first ASAP headed by Victor Fredericks.   In August, 1999, Pottstown's Safety Program was chosen as the #1 program in the Eastern Region. In 2000, we were the Runner-Up for the East. In 2002, the safety tradition continued as District 27 (Pottstown Little League is part of District 27) was one of three districts in Pennsylvania that had 100% participation in ASAP.
We will provide you with the forms that help document what happens at our practices and games as our Safety Program plans for the upcoming season and into the future.

To help keep our members safe, we need your assistance. This involves some paperwork of information on the safety portion of Little League.

Below, you will find a link to our Paper Forms (Pre-Game / Practice Checklist and Incident Form). You will be able to print these forms on your printer (they will also be available at Novak Field). Write the appropriate information to complete each form. Once the form or forms are completed, you can drop them off at Novak Field.

The Incident Report should be completed and submitted to the League within 24 hours of the event
