Last Chance to register for the Junior Division! Tryouts for 13, 14, & 15 Year Olds will be held on Monday 2/15/10 at 6:30pm on Field #7!
Coaches Clinic by Mark Persails and his staff on Sat. February 13th at 9:00am on Field #9. Shortly after will be the PCHS Baseball Team Volunteers Umpire Clinic being held by Dave Byars.
The 2010 Team MOM meeting will be held in the PCLL Boardroom on Friday Feb. 19th at 6:00pm. All teams must have a representitive present at this meeting. Items to be issued will be:
- Opening Day Packets - raffle tickets, picture package info, picture and game schedules (Note: Picture location is being moved over to Field #9 this season.)
- Regular Season Game Schedules
- Team Volunteer / Concession Duty Schedules
- Team Uniforms - Jerseys, Socks, & Hats
Pre-Season Practice Schedules for all divisions are now posted! Click Here to download and print. These schedules are only good through Friday 2/26/10. Opening Day / Picture Day will be the following Saturday 2/27. Check back soon for your Opening Day Schedule.

REGISTRATION FEES

4 Yr olds (boys and girls): $30 to Plant City Little League plus $30 non-refundable fee to City of Plant City (per child)
All other ages: $100 for 1st child, $90 for each additional child plus $30 non-refundable fee to City of Plant City (per child)
You must bring 2 separate forms of payment, either check or cash. One to be paid to Plant City Little League and the 2nd to be paid to Plant City Recreation and Parks Department.
Booster Membership Fees - $1 per person (Become a booster for your right to vote)
ALL PLAYERS must bring a copy of a certified birth certificate and a copy proof of residence (utility bill). We are continuing to scan these documents so that we have them on file, but please help us by bringing the documents this Spring. We will let you know at sign-ups if we have them on file in the computer.
The SPRING 2010 LEAGUE AGE will be determined for:
Baseball based on your child’s age as of April 30th, 2010
Softball based on your child’s age as of December 31st, 2009.
2010 Coaches and Volunteers
If you plan on managing, coaching, or assisting in any way this year it is now mandatory for you to fill out and turn in a Volunteer Application prior to tryouts.
This season aside from coaching your team Managers and Coaches will also be responsible for:
- issuing of team uniforms and schedules
- collecting parents signatures for the Parent Code of Conduct & the Website Publication Release
- having a copy of each players Medical Release Form with them at all times
- team volunteer participation in the Opening Day events
- team participation in selling fund raiser raffle tickets
- immediately reporting of all game scores and rainout games to the webmaster via e-mail for scores & standings to be updated for each division daily
- team participation in concession duties as scheduled (once or twice per team)
- participation in volunteer umpiring as scheduled (once or twice per team)
- issuing of team photos and sponsor plaques to your team's sponsor.

Opening Day/Fun Day will be Saturday, February 27th, 2010. The season will officially begin Monday, March 1st, 2010.
All Players will be supplied with a sponsored jersey, hat/visor and socks.
Our next appointed Board Meeting will be held in the PCLL boardroom on Wednesday 2/3/10 at 7:30pm. All regular scheduled board meetings will be held on the first Wednesday of every month at 7:30pm.
