Subscriber Services and Registration Data

Registration Data is the property of eteamz. eteamz maintains a secured area on the Site for transmission of Registration Data, and stores all Registration Data in a database that is subject to industry standard security protection. eteamz may sell, rent, share, swap or otherwise disclose your Registration Data to any third party unless you select the "opt out" option as described above. eteamz reserves the right to use your Registration Data to send you information about eteamz, the site, eteamz products and services, and other topics in which you have indicated an interest, whether or not you opt out of having your data provided to third parties or eteamz affiliates.

You may access your Registration Data at any time through the Subscriber Services section of the site. This area is password-restricted for your protection.

Use of the eteamz Site is conditioned on your provision of requested information in an accurate and truthful fashion. If you choose not to provide such information, you may not be able to access some or all of the Site. You may cancel your account at any time by calling eteamz at the number set forth in the Terms of Use, or by sending an email to eteamz at theteam@eteamz.com. Once eteamz has finished processing the cancellation, eteamz will delete all your Registration Data from its database. Although eteamz will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of the Registration Data, transmissions made by means of the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be secure. eteamz has no liability for disclosure of Registration Data due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties.
