Phoenix Little League: spring baseball Divisions

Major
This division is for mainly 11 and 12 year olds moving up from the Minor AA League division.The kids play according to the rules in a competative division and may play inter-league games with bordering Leagues.

Minor- AA
This division includes mainly 9-10 year olds. Your kids move from the Coach Pitch League to see live pitching from players their age. They play better and have more fun with every game.The Minor AA League program provides training for young players, and places less emphasis on the competitive aspects of the game that come in to play in the years ahead.

Minor- A
This Division will act as the instructional league to bridge players from the T-Ball Program to the Minor-AA and Major Divisions. Players will have the opportunity to learn more of the fundamentals of hitting live pitching,(mostly from coaches), fielding, the development of pitching, and the introduction of the rules of the game.



T-Ball
Players who are age 5 as of May 1 of the calendar year and 6 year olds.This is a instructional, fun league to get started in.

Baseball Junior League
This league has players that are 13 and 14 years old. The Junior League is an extension of Little League to provide continuing activity within the framework of our local league. These teams travel to other local leagues for all of their games.
