Petaluma American Little League: Registration Info

You must bring the player's original Birth Certificate and three Proof of Residence documents to the in-person registration dates. To save time, you can download the forms needed in the registration section of this site and bring the all your completed forms, original Birth Certificate and three Proof of Residence documents.

Tuesday, January 8th:        6:00 - 9:00 PM

Saturday, January 12th:     9:00 - 2:00 PM

Wednesday, January 16th: 6:00 - 9:00 PM

Tryouts will be held February 2nd, 2013.  (times TBA)

FEES

A division (Coach Pitch) - Ages 6-9 ~ $145.00

AA, AAA, Majors - Ages 7-12  ~          $180.00

Juniors, Seniors - Ages 13-16 ~       * $150.00 Register early and save!

                                                          * $175.00 After January 18, 2013

                                                      * $50.00 refund for players who play for a high school team and PALL

*$10.00 sibling discount for all levels*

IMPORTANT INFO

ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND THREE PROOF OF RESIDENCE DOCUMENTS MUST BE SHOWN

·         Your current address determines which of the three Petaluma Little Leagues you will participate in.

·         If you have moved outside of our league’s boundaries you must also bring three proofs of

        residency from your OLD address (within our league’s boundaries).

·         Cash, Check & Credit/Debit (Visa / MC) will be accepted.

·         Residency documents can include Drivers License, Insurance policy, Utility bills or Credit

        card statements, but only one utility bill may be used.
