Peachtree City Youth Football Association: Coaches Corner - Football

Please have this completed and turned in along with your coaches certification and background checks by 10 pm on the day prior to the first day of player evaluatoins for your age group. Evaluations for 5-6 and 7-8 will take place on July 20, 2009 and evaluations for 9-10 and 11-12 will take place on July 21, 2009.. We will not accept any freeze forms until the all coaches background checks and all Coaching Certificates for your team have been turned into Harold Baro. No exceptions. If you show up for evaluations and we haven't received the background checks and coaching certificates for all coaches for your team then your freezes will not be valid and will go into the general draft. You will be required to draft your entire team at this point. We are doing this because each and every year the board members are having to chase down the coaches and nag them until the coaching certificates and freeze forms have been turned into the league. It is your responsibility to ensure that the proper paperwork has been submitted prior to coaching a team in the PTCYFA organization.
 
Please note that all background check forms must be originals since the county will not accept faxed copies or copies. It is your responsibility to make arrangements to get this document to us prior to the due date.
