Bring 3 proofs of residency and the original birth certificate for each child. This is the final day for discounted registration** 1st child - $55.00 2nd child - $45.00 3rd child - $35.00 family max - $135.00 Come join us for a BBQ lunch at our snack-bar and purchase your presale tickets for our spaghetti dinner fundraiser coming on January 29th. This is a great experience for boys/girls of all ages!! The clinic is a no cost event but donations will be greatly appreciated. **mail in registrations must be received by Jan 9th in order to be eligible for the discounted rate.
