Join us at Cardo's every Thursday in the month of May from 5pm to 8pm to help raise funds for Payson Little League. 10% of all sales from these nights that are accompanied by the proper flyer will be donated to Payson Little League. Player Registration Form, Medical Release Form, Parent Code of Conduct. Please fill out all forms and bring to registration at Rim Country Middle School with a copy of the player's birth certificate and the required registration fee. Or drop off all paperwork to either Jackson Hewitt, or American Sales & Products offices.
