Saturday, July 25 Coaches Refund Policy We will pay for one of your child’s full year registration cost (if selected as a head coach, and refunded at the end of each ye ar in June) and in return we ask for your dedication and participation on the field and at our general meetings as well. We will require that the Head Coach or a representative of your team:
1: Attend 6 out of 7 General Meetings, attendance sign in sheet (or team representative)
2: Clean up the field after your game of debris left by your team
3: “MUST” Volunteer, and help at our Indoor Tournament (or team representative)
4: Write two news articles a year, one in the fall and one in spring (a paragraph) 5: Attend coaches training seminars, one in the fall and one in the spring (approx 1 hr. each)
6: Hand in completed player evaluation forms on time.
General meetings are held the first Thursday of every month (unless directed otherwise) for approximately 45min each mtg. We are always looking for20new ideas and the more community participation the better off our children will be. The information discussed at our meetings is a key factor for our success as a soccer club, your child’s success too, and to have that information passed on to our parents and players, such as our training, tournaments, special events, etc… closes the loop of communication. You will sign the attendance book at each mtg. and at the end of the Soccer year your money will be refunded. Do not be concerned if you have never coached or played soccer as we will supply coaches training as well and will be available for as long as you need us, we will learn together for our children.
