Friday, September 8 FIELDS & MAINTENANCE GENERAL INFORMATION Coordinators: Michael Kennedy michael_kennedy@parade.com (917) 270-8531 Shawn Nowakowski snowa5@hotmail.com (631) 805-7794 General Information: If you have set-up: - PLEASE ARRIVE 45 MINUTES BEFORE GAME TIME - Containers will be opened at least an hour before game times - You will need to line your field, put up nets and flags before game time. Any games starting late due to not being set-up in time will be shortened in length to avoid delays in the following games If you have take-down: - Place all paint machines, flags and nets in containers - Put empty paint cans in garbage cans or empty paint cases - Lock goalposts to fences (please lock to fence post) - Lock containers ALL PORTABLE GOALS MUST BE SECURED WITH SPIKES BEFORE EVERY GAME Belmont Elementary (Shawn Nowakowski) Divisions: Grasshopper, Pee Wee, Bantam Practice: MonFri after 5pm. If school teams are practicing you may not use the fields Parking: Grasshopper: School parking lot Pee Wee: Suffolk Avenue, school side only Bantam: Monarch Avenue, school side only Parliament Place: (Mike Kennedy) Divisions: Travel Practice: MonFri after 5pm. If school teams are practicing you may not use the fields Parking: Party City, School Phelps Lane: (Mike Kennedy) Divisions: Travel U-12 and older Practice: Sat. 8am-4pm if there are no games scheduled schedule w/Mike Kennedy Parking: Spangle Drive lot, Town Annex lot, Phelps Lane lot ALL GOALS MUST BE SECURED W/SANDBAGS School Security: If gates are locked or if you see any improper behavior at the schools, call school securtity @ 321-3313 PLEASE REPORT ANY MISSING OR BROKEN EQUIPMENT TO MIKE OR SHAWN Belmont Fields |
