Just a reminder: All General Meetings will be the first Thursday of the month at Parliament Place Elementary School in the cafeteria at 7:30 p.m. Coaches and Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend. The meeting lasts about 45 minutes. Hope to see you there !!!

Registration Refund Request: please advise parents of any child looking for a registration refund that this form needs to be submitted.
Check Recquisition Form: Please fill out this form when reimbursement is required from the club, including Special Event Expenses, Referee Reimbursements (Premiere), Coaches Refund, Training & Tournament Reimbursements, etc.
Patch Request Form: If you need patches for upcoming tournaments, please submit this form one-week prior to the tournament date
