Adobe Acrobat Reader program
From this link you can download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader program. This program will allow you to view and print the adobe (PDF) format files available on this site. It is easy to use and works with all computers (PCs and Macs) which is why we use it here.
To get it, click on this link. Then look at the top of the product list, at "Downloads." Put your mouse pointer over "Downloads" and you will see a line for "Free Acrobat reader." That is the one you want. Click on it and follow the menu to download the free reader (not Acrobat 5.0--just the free reader).
