In addition to taking our team pictures when she visited Shooters earlier this month, professional photographer Barbara Houston got a lot of great action shots of the Patrick Henry/Matoaca game also. The pics can be viewed on her website by clicking on live links below, and all are available for very reasonable purchase as well. Barbara, a certified hockey nut, worked as webmaster for the Richmond Renegades and photographer for the Richmond Braves. She has devoted many hours our her time to provide us with great team pics for our website in addition to the action photos. Please support those who help support us. The schedule for the first five weeks of the 2009 Fall Season has been set and is listed below. Please note that our bye week has been resceduled for Oct. 25. Check back for updates -- they will be posted as soon as they are available. Week 1 - Sunday, October 11 -- PH 4, Manchester 2. Week 2 - Sunday, October 18 -- PH 4, Matoaca 4. Week 3 - (BYE) Sunday, October 25, 2009 Week 4 - Sunday, November 1 -- PH 0, Atlee Black 5; PH 7, Cosby Black 8. Week 5 - Sunday, November 8 -- PH 2, LC Bird 7. Week 6 - Sunday, November 15 -- PH 4, Lee-Davis 9. Week 7 - Sunday, November 22 -- PH 3, Powhatan 6. Playoffs - Sunday, December 6 -- PH 1, Midlothian 11. Playoffs - Sunday, December 13, 2009 @ 3:00 vs. Matoaca Playoffs - Sunday, December 20, 2009 (If needed) Based on the above information the 2009 Fall High School season will consist of one practice, seven regular season games, and playoffs. All games are tentatively scheduled to be played Sunday afternoons and evenings between 3:30 and 9:00 pm. Requests for specific time slots have been honored as often as possible in the past, but of course cannot be guaranteed. DIVISIONS OF PLAY We will have two or three different divisions of play this season. This number is based on the number of teams and how competitive these teams are in the league.
