What's on this website?

 This site is maintained by Dave Winn, the Varsity head coach, and is used to archive handouts and other information that isnot possible to maintain on the palysports website.

See Handouts section for

* Up to date schedule. It includes all tournaments and matches for Varsity, JV and Frosh teams. This information can also be found on the palysports.com website.  If there is a conflict, the palysports.com website is the official record.

* Offseason training - all Varsity players are expected to keep up with their conditioning.  See these files for helpful training regimens.

* Player handouts - Coach Dave will issue the players handouts from time to time (scouting reports, interesting reading, etc)
