2009 TRIP TO GATLINGBURG, TN

The Palos Stars Varsity and JV teams are making a trip to Gatlinburg, TN again this Thanksgiving to play in the 2009 Turkey Bowl. The players get to experience new teams at an excellent level of competition. Each player is charged with raising the funds to cover the cost of the trip. This year we have around 40 players going and each must raise $400. We do need to seek support from individuals and businesses throughtout the community. No contribution is too small. If you would be interested in supporting our teams this year please send an email with contact information to info@palosstarsfootball.com and someone will be in touch with very soon. Perhaps you would like to stop by our field. We are located at 114th Place and SouthWest Highway right across from the Metra train station in Palos Heights.

An essential key to maintaining the Palos Stars Football & Cheerleading program is participation from the community and surrounding area via sponsorships and donations by businesses and individuals. The Stars have a wish list of necessary projects for program enrichment and field maintenance, however the revenue generated from participation fees and concession stand sales simply does not allow us to meet much more than our basic program needs.
