2009 REGISTRATION 

Registration by mail is still available or forms can be dropped off at the field Tuesday and Thursday evenings between 6 - 8pm starting July 7th.  Just complete the following steps to become a Palos Star Football Player or Cheerleader.

If you would like to play for or cheer for the Palos Stars, please print and complete the 2009 Palos Stars Registration form located below.  We will have registration forms available at the field in July.  We need one registration form per child.  All fees are listed on the registration pages.  Please be aware that the registration fee will be $185 after March 1, 2009.  Mail the registration form and your registration fees (at this time we only require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit per child - balance due at equipment pickup in late July) to the following address:

Or bring by the field as stated above.  Our field is located at Southwest Highway and 114th Place in Palos Hills.  Directly across from the Palos Heights Metra Train Station.
