Please sign your children up now and consider volunteering to help our program be the best it can be. 'Many hands make light work.'
This club is run solely by volunteers who also have jobs, families and lives outside of soccer but donate their time to help everyone's children play soccer. Please join us.
Our immediate needs are: COACHES (will need at least 40-60 coaches - we will provide training for those who are inexperienced so give it a try), Director of Grounds & Fields and Member at Large. as well as volunteers to help with miscellaneous things like uniform sales, field clean up, etc.
Please volunteer. Below are the job descriptions for these two positions. Or let us know if you can occasionally volunteer - you can check that box when you register your child.
Director of Grounds & Fields duties are:
1. Attend General Membership and Board meetings.
2. Prepare for Indoor season.
3. Care and maintain fields.
a. Put up goals on fields.
b. Line fields throughout Outdoor Season.
4. Contact city concerning field care.
5. Arrange for delivery and pickup of Port-a-potties.
6. Submit receipts or items needing reimbursement to the Treasurer at the monthly Board meeting.
7. Submit budget needs for next year before the September Board meeting.
Member-at-Large shall:
1. Attend General Membership and Board meetings.
2. Help other Board Members and Directors to fulfill their duties.
3. Serve on a Standing Committee.
