Welcome to Pack 8 Directions to Fields Park Fishing Derby
Fields Park fishing derbys location is 30 acre pond in Fields Park, Brockton.
From Stoughton: Take Rt. 27 (Park Street) to Oak Street Brockton, take a left and go past Westgate Mall. When you come to the park entrance, take a right. Continue down the road to the last parking lot on the right. Please see Mr. Raine to sign in. You can buy worms at Walmart on Oak Street, in the sporting section. Always check the worms to make sure they are still alive.
McCoy Stadium Events Campout on the field. The cost is $25.00 per person. This includes PawSox Clinic on the field (2:00-3:15), game and concession coupon. Dates are May 24 (playing Rochester Red Wings), June 7 (playing Buffalo Bisons), June 21 (playing Columbus Clippers) and July 19(playing Toledo Mud Hens). All games begin at 6:05 pm. If you are interested, contact your Den Leader for more information. Scout Days at the stadium. Special pre-game flag ceremonies begin on field one half hour before each game. Each Pack/Troop may select 2 Flag Bearers & 1 Adult Leader to participate in the on-field ceremonies. Dates are May 23 (Rochester v Red Wings), May 24 (Rochester v Red Wings), June 20 (Columbus v Clippers), June 21 (Columbus v Clippers) and June 22 (Columbus v Clippers). To charge by phone call 401-724-7300. Checks should be made payable to Pawtucket Red Sox and mailed to PawSox Scout (Sleepover or Scout Day), P.O. Box 2365, Pawtucket, RI 02861.
Pack 8 Campouts. Tiger Cubs, Wolf Cubs, Bear Cubs Campout Date: July 26th to July 27th (early morning breakdown) Where: Trinity Church (side lawn) What time: We can start setting up at noon time Saturday. You may obtain a list of supplies from your leader if you are interested. Webelos Campout Date: Friday August 22nd through August 24th Where: Myles Standish Forest Campsite, S. Carver, MA SITE: B1, Charge pond area, left side Cost: $15.00 for 1 adult and 1 scout There is a limit of 30 people. This is first come first serve. If you are interested contact Jonathan Raine.
