Welcome to Pack 's Website!      

We are located in Bossier City, Louisiana. Our Pack's chartered organization is Sun City Elementary where we hold our monthly Pack meetings (normally the 3rd Thursday of each month @ 6:30 pm) throughout the school year. We also have active Summer programs.

SCOUTS: SIGN UP NOW FOR OUR AMTRAK TRAIN RIDE 

OCTOBER 31ST!!

This past 2008-2009 Scout year, our pack hiked to the top of Louisiana (Mt. Driskill), went camping, raced pinewood derby cars, had a fun banquet, sold popcorn, helped the needy, watched the Mudbugs hockey team play, went roller skating, had a picnic, played some sports, attended star parties, went fishing & had a huge waterslide party & not to mention all the fun individual dens had visiting fire stations & museums, etc.

For our end-of-scout-year trip, our Pack toured our State Capitol & slept overnight on the U.S.S. Kidd Battleship in Baton Rouge!! That was fun!!

This coming 2009-2010 Scout year, we are planning some really cool & fun activities from an AmTrak ride from Marshall to Longview, Pack Pinewood Derby @ Sciport, NASA Space Center Camp-In, airplane or Space Derby pack meeting, Outdoor Cinema movie night to name a few.

If your son is not currently a member of our Pack & you are interested in him joining, please call Rick Jelinek, Cubmaster (741-0514) or Christine Wasner, Committee Chair (746-8619) or email dcjjwasner@suddenlink.net.

We also encourage current scouts to invite their friends to be part of our Pack. They can join Scouts ANY time of the year. We encourage our boys to move up to Boy Scouts and then ultimately become an Eagle Scout.

What an accomplishment and experiences he will carry with him the rest of his life. It's also very helpful to have this distinguished award on his applications/resume when he begins his college/working career.
