Attached are the 2012 tryout dates & times for the Juniors, Majors & AAA divisions. Please note that if you haven't registered yet, you will have that opportunity BEFORE tryouts start. We will have registration paperwork available, but we do recommend bringing pre-filled forms with you to help speed up the process.
Attached are forms regarding concussion recognition that all Parents, Managers, and coaches are required to read and sign prior to participation. You can also find additional information regarding concussion recognition at CDC Website Here
These forms must be completed by anyone planning on being a Manager, Bench Coach or Practice Coach for the upcoming season (available in pdf or word formats). In addition you must also complete the Volunteer form. Please be sure to fill out both pages of the Coaches Application!
