PYAA: PYAA News: PYAA Background checks for Coaches

All Head Coaches and Assistants will be required to pass the PYAA Background check to be eligible to coach.  Click on "Background Checks" menu option at the left for more information, and to perform the background check.

Perform Background Check

If you performed a background check for PYAA in 2011 or prior, and you plan to coach in 2012, you must perform a background check this year.

If you have peformed a background check for a sport THIS season (Lacrosse, Softball, Junior League Baseball), you do not have to perform it again for a subsequent sport.
