General Meeting - Annual Elections, Wednesday November 5, 7:00PM

Reagan Middle School, 15801 Tanning House Place, Haymarket

Families from Spring and Fall 2014 are invited. Little League is the largest youth sports organization in the world. It is through the commitment and generosity of our volunteers that we offer a great league t to the daughters in this community.

Please join us at our annual meeting to hear the state of softball, help us elect our President and Board, and find out if there is a way for you to get involved.

Refreshments, prizes, and one FREE Spring Registration will be given out to a guest that night.

Fall Season

  • Saturday September 13 - Saturday November 1

New Families

Are you new to our league?  Here are some helpful information to guide you.

  • This league is a proud charter of Little Leauge Softball and follows it's rules and regulations regarding pitch counts, player safety, having a draft for certain divisions, all volunteer leadership and more. In the summer, we are invited to participate in Little League Softball State Tournaments with the possibility of progressing to the Little League Softball World Series in Portland, Oregon.
  • Refer to the "FAQ" section for lots of great information.
  • Refer to the "Divisions" section to help you learn about our divisions and age groups. These are guidelines and are influenced by player ability and number of players available.
  • In the fall, the league will provide t-shirts and socks for the uniform.  We also provide batting helmets and catcher's gear during practices/games.  Players will need to supply their own gloves and bats (although it is common for girls new to the borrow bats from team members/coaches.) Cleats are recommended for draft divisions.
  • Fall is consider a "developmental season." These means we do not have strict guidelines from Little League about the number of games required, there is not an Opening Day, Closing Ceremony, All Star Game, or Division Championships like in the spring. And there are not Little League District and State tournaments in fall.
  • This fall we will practice and play games at Tyler Elementary (our main fields), Bristow Elementary, and Catharpin Field #4.

PWC Girls Softball LL is a Little League Organization - PWCGSLL welcomes any and all young ladies who want to participate regardless of their affiliation with local club teams or their ability to pay the registration fees. Contact the Board President for more information.

Information collected by our league and by our coaches (such as emails, phone numbers, addresses, etc.) are for official league use and are not shared outside of PWCGSLL. As a youth organization, your privacy is important to us.
