About the PTAA
The PTAA is an organization consisting of coaches which organize, manage, and maintain the Penn Township area's Baseball and Softball Youth Recreational Leagues. It's objective in part is to manage and maintain a 10 field complex located in Harrison City PA (Penn Township). It carries out this objective, with minimal tax payer funding, through the volunteering of coaches within the organization. It's primary goal is to provide the youth of Penn Township (as well as outside of PT) with access to quality and organized baseball and softball leagues and instruction. As an approved Non Profit Organization under Section xxxx of the State of Pennsylvania Regulatory Code, the PTAA satisfies all requirements of such designation. It's officers are elected annually and it's charter provides for a set of By-Laws by which the organization governs itself. The Charter and By-Laws are open to public inspection upon request.
