Sunrise Mountain Track & Field - PHS Class of '89
|
| I really enjoyed looking through the web site I would like to see the newly updated records to see how the most recent Titans are doing. My oldest nephew and neice are now attending PHS, so I will find my way out to Poway someetime this spring to watch them compete - Go Titans!! |

| I was wondering if you will post past PHS track and field records on your website? I actually contacted someone on this website 2 years ago with the hopes of the records being posted but I haven't seen anything. Mt. Carmel has all their track and field records posted on their website and I would love to see this website do the same. This would be great for PHS track and field alumni!!!!! Thanks |

Wetting one's self while running; although this subject may seem laughable to those with immaturity, it is a serious matter. We are working on a solution and we need your help. If you experience this difficulty, contact no one immediately- instead allow yourself the opportunity to run to a nearby bathroom. This technique has been used for years. Russian psycolgist, Vladmir Algdossen suggests in his 2003 release of his scientific journal "The Psycological relation to Bodily Occurences" that those who may suffer from this problem may take greater interest in running away, rather than going in front of others in public as it decreases mental stress and improves stability in confidence. I appreciate the opportunity to share this so significant matter to the Poway High Track and Field Team. Good Luck!
