IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE 2011 SEASON

Everyone signing a player up at a physical location will be required to sign both the Pal-Mac Youth Baseball refund policy and the fundraiser agreement form.
If signing up online you will be required to answer yes to a question the you understand both the refund policy and the fundraiser agreement form.
Also you must call Ken Prindle at 315-307-0520 if you are signing up online for 5-12 year old to pick up the raffle tickets that are the required fundraiser for the 2011 season . If you select the fundraiser buyout option during the online registration no need to call.
The players that are participating in the fundraiser will be required to sell 25 tickets @ $2.00 each.
