Mulch Sale Guidelines and Expectations
Mulch Sales are off and running! 1- 28-12
- Black Sable Mulch 3cu/ft-$5/bag
- Equivalent monetary donation-$2
- Top 3 players who sell the most mulch/donation equivalent will receive Visa Gift Cards!
- Each player is required to sell a minimum of 150bags or provide the donation equivalent of $300.
- 3 Goal dates/deadlines for sales must be met with completed sales sheets and $$
- Friday, March 2- 50bags
- Friday, March 14- 50bags
- Thursday, March 28- 50bags
- Each player is required to work delivery on April 14, 2012 8am-6pm and bring at least one adult to assist. (Only exeptions are excused illness or school graded functions)
- Parents/Adults Needed
- 6 truck drivers needed
- 6 navigators needed
- 12 shuttle drivers needed with capacity for 5+
- As many loaders/unloaders as we can have (strong back required)
- Individual sales of 10+ bags will be delivered to customer's driveway. Any individual order under 10 bags will be delivered to the player's driveway for his personal delivery.
- Please keep logistics and therefore time in mind when taking orders. Deliveries will only be made in Fayette Co (N. Jessamine Co). The more concentrated the delivery areas, the more efficient and profitable we will be!

- Wear your jersey when collecting orders
- Smile and tell people you are with Dunbar Lacrosse
- Encourage orders of 10+bags
- Fill out the forms completely! and collect $$
- Remind everyone that donations are accepted and welcome!
