Kyle "SPOON" Witherspoon was nominated as President of Nellie K Parker Elementary School.  Unfortunately, on Monday, November 3rd the votes did not win him the election. Kyle put his heart into his speech and his campaign and is a winner for his courage and leadership that he portrayed to his peers.
