The Poway High School boys won the Division I CIF championship tonight in exciting fashion!

Tied after 80 mintues of regulation and 15 minutes of overtime the PHS boys made every penalty kick and Ian Weinberg blocked the one he needed to. A win, PK's 5-4.

Next on the menu...the Regional So Cal championships beginning Tuesday. PHS will be in the quarterfinals of the So Cal championship at 5:00 Tuesday, March 4. Opponent and location TBD.
