Team Photos will be taken this year by the professional photography company:  Bill Godfrey Photography (www.bgpics.net).  BG Photography has been operating for a number of years in Hampton and has taken pictures for team sports including Phoebus LLB and FoxHill Softball.  Both team and individual pictures will be taken and available for purchase.  PAA provides all players and coaches 1 free 4 x 6 Team Picture.  Families may use the linked order form to purchase additional pictures of varying sizes and types.  Coaches will also distribute this order form prior to your picture date.  Payment is due w/ your completed order form on the date your team pictures are taken.  Checks s/b made payable to:  Bill Godfrey.

 Due to the size of our league each team is assigned a specific date to have thier pictures taken, most of which are immediately prior to a team's game.  Pictures taken on weekdays will be begin promptly at 5:00pm.  Teams must be gathered and ready to go at 5:00pm.  Games will begin once pictures are over.

•                                          Braves, Pirates & Orioles

     (Note:  7/18 pictures are taken immediately prior to Skills Challenge which begins at 10am.  The Skills Challnege will begin once all TBall pictures are completed.)

•      Wed  7/22  5:00pm    JY Braves, Mets, & Pirates

 It is critical that teams arrive and be ready to go at their designated date and time so that games may begin on time.  Indivduals in Teen, JY and SY divisions who will not be at the game on their specified date may have their individual pictures taken at Phillips Elementary on Sat 7/18 at 10am (during the Skills Challenge event.)  A make-up date will also be provided for individual TBall players who cannot make their 7/18 picture date.  But all TEAM pictures will be taken on the dates listed above.
