SENIOR BABE RUTH LEAGUE

The Senior Babe Ruth league is played with 16 – 18 year olds:
Must be at least 16 and no older than 18 years old on April 30th of the current year
This is a wooden bat league - PAA will supply wooden bats for games only.
REGISTRATION: Registering does not guarantee you a place on a team. Players must tryout to make a team. If you withdrawal from the league before teams are formed, or if you don’t make a team, your registration fee will be fully refunded. If you decide not to play once teams are formed, ½ of your registration fee will be refunded.
PAA late registration fees do not apply to the Senior Babe Ruth Division.
TRYOUTS: Senior Babe Ruth games are highly competitive – above average
ability will be required to play in this league. Tryouts will be conducted in late March / early April.
SEASON STARTS: Mid May
GAMES: Teams will play 20 regular season games and playoffs which ends in late July. Pennsbury will field 2 or 3 teams and will compete in the Lower Bucks Senior Babe Ruth League. Home games are played at Macclesfield Park on River Rd.
UNIFORMS: Full uniforms are issued – shirt, pants, hat and socks
PRACTICES: Will start in April. School baseball players not required to attend until school baseball ends.
