The Lady Owls broke their five game losing streak when they defeated Pinconning, 4-0.  Oscdoa played into the wind the first half and still managed to get off six shots on goal.  Pinconning took four shots that Nicole handled just fine.  The score was tied at the half, 0-0.  With the wind at their back, the Lady Owls went on the attack in the second half.  They peppered the Spartan goalkeeper with sixteen second half shots.  Tricia broke the plane of the goal in the 67th minute to give Oscoda the lead.  Eleven minutes later, Tricia scored her second of the match when Oscoda was awarded a Penalty Kick.  That goal opened the Osocda flood gates and Seniors Deanna and Erika rushed in to each score their first Varsity career goals.  Krystin and Margaret each earned assists.

The Owl defense was led by Erika with 14 intercepts and 14 steals.  Playing on an injured ankle, Aubrey gutted out the game and had an outstanding match with 10 steals and 6 intercepts.  Nicole earned the shutout.  Oscoda outshot the Spartans, 22-5.

Oscoda raised their record to 2-5 overall and 2-4 in the NEMC.
