Parents We Still Need You!!!
As a regional board we have set one more goal for the Fall Season, we are asking every parent to fill out a volunteer application. These are very important for many reasons, some of which include:
#1 for the safety of our children. References are checked to make sure any adult left with your children is an acceptable person to do so.
#2 to bring us together as one big soccer family who can help out as the need arises. This may be as simple as staying on the field with the coach to monitor the child to child interactions, or even child to adult interactions during practice times. For the safety of our children we require a minimum of 2 adults at all times with any size group of children. If the team is coed, we require a minimum of one male and one female adult be present at all team functions.
#3 for insurance purposes. If you volunteer to bring another child to practice or games and are involved in an accident, you will be covered by AYSO insurance. Your own insurance will be considered primary, with AYSO insurance used as secondary coverage for medical claims.
Filling out a volunteer application is not a death sentence, you will not be commited to do anything more than you feel comfortable doing.

We are still living in the Kid's Zone
This fall all parents will be asked to sign a pledge for a positive and safe "Kid Zone" environment for our children during soccer events. You can preview the pledge on the link found on the safety page. To save time, print it out and turn it into your child's coach during the first week of Fall practice. Forms must be returned prior to playing the first game.

It Takes an Entire Village.......
Without parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and all the community adults and teens who stepped up to lend a hand, this fine program would not be possible for our children. Remember to tell them THANK YOU!
