Orland Knights: Welcome
Any family who registers their football player at our Junior level for the 2012 season will receive a $100 instant rebate* on registration fees. Our current registration fee for football is $200.
Metro League guidelines for Junior Football:
Birthdate: November 15, 1997 – November 14, 1999
Weight: 126 lbs. – 155 lbs.
This offer expires on September 1, 2012.
*$100 registration fee paid for a Junior football player is not refundable. Jersey (if purchasing a new jersey), mandatory fundraiser & Non-Resident (assessed by the Village of Orland Park) fees still apply. Refunds will not be issued for fundraiser, equipment or merchandise purchases. Registrations completed online will receive a rebate check of $100.

In-Person Registration:
In-person registration will be held at the Franklin Loebe Center (14700 Ravinia) in Room 117 from 7-8:30pm on the following dates:
Thursday, May 17 | Tuesday, June 19
At in-person registration, a deposit of $100 (per child) is due for registration fees. The remaining balance is due at Equipment Pick-up. Jersey fees, mandatory fundraiser and non-resident fees (if applicable) are to be paid in full at in-person registration. Please Note: The deposit option is not available with online registration.

Registration Fees:
Registration fees have not increased and the multiple child family discount is back!
Football fee is $200
Cheer fee is $180.
Your oldest child is full price, then the multiple child discount will apply. The discounts are:
$20 off second child
$40 off third child
Four or more children is a $140 flat fee.
If your football player needs a new jersey, the cost is $60 and is due when registering.
Fundraising:
We will again be selling Charity Mania tickets as our mandatory fundraiser. Each family with one child is required to buy five $20 tickets. Each family with two or more children is required to buy eight $20 tickets. These fees are due when registering. Tickets will be distributed at Equipment Pick-up. We had many winners this season! Orland Knight Pee Wee's Take 2nd at Super Bowl!
Congratulations to our Pee Wee football team! They played in the Metro Youth Football League Super Bowl on Saturday, November 19 against the Chicago Blitz at Toyota Park. Although they did not come out victorious, they fought hard and the final score was 13-6. Congratualtions to the team and the coaches!
Open Board Positions
As the 2011 season winds down, we are planning for the upcoming 2012 season. Our fantastic families are a vital part of a winning season, both on and off the field. We need YOUR help in making the 2012 season a success. There are several open board positions for next year. Please consider giving your time and talent to our organization. The following positions currently have openings:

Board members are asked to serve a two year term that starts in January. The board holds monthly meetings.
We hope you will consider joining the board as we keep the Orland Knights a vibrant organization, that promotes a great learning experience for our children and a lifetime of memories and relationships for all involved.

About Us
The Orland Knights Football and Cheerleading program has provided athletic and social opportunities for the youth of Orland Park and surrounding towns since 1981. Orland Knights are members of the Greater Chicagoland Youth Football Federation and play full contact, tackle football in the Metro Youth Football League. Orland Knights' player development philosophy stresses good sportsmanship, mastery of football fundamentals, and teamwork. The goal is to win games, have fun, and guide the players toward becoming strong, ethical young men. The Orland Knights Cheerleading program teaches girls the fundamentals of cheerleading, develops athleticism, and offer camaraderie with other young ladies. Orland Knights Football and Cheerleading is a family oriented program that strongly encourages the active participation of immediate and extended family members.
