Level of Competitiveness: This matrix was developed and approved by the OYBL Board of Directors on 1/30/11 and ammended on 2/12/12.  The purpose of this document is to convey the board's position to players, parents & coaches on how competitive each of the leagues should be.  It is our hope that this document will establish expectations and that it will smooth differences between coach's philosophies within each league -- Competitive Matrix
