The team's success will not be our win and loss record.  It will be measured in the difference our players make in thier communities and families, after the basketball stops bouncing.  Our goal has and will continue to be using basketball as an avenue for teaching, learning, and growing on and off the court.

The Oregon Reign Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) Girls Basketball team is a non-profit organization. The team is made up of families from the state of Oregon and SW Washington.  The program provides a top quality environment for aspiring young female athletes to enhance their basketball skills and understanding of the game.

The Reign desires the young ladies to be competitive, but also wants them to respect the game and have a good time.  Our Coaches emphasize teaching the life lessons learned through sports; discipline, teamwork, communication, leadership, friendships, community, responsibility, building self esteem and a strong work ethic.
