  • Christopher de Leon:
        1.    4/13/09 vs. NW Bears, on the first pitch, in the first inning of the game, Chris hit a solo homerun deep into left field!
        2.    4/18/09 vs TE Titans, during the second inning, on a first pitch, Chris hit a line drive, two-run homerun that reached Portola's black top!
        3.    4/22/09 vs. Sant. Diamondbacks, Chris on his third at bat, hit one over the left fielder for a two-run home run!
  • Christian Castro:
        1.    4/18/09 vs. TE Titans, after two foul ball-strike, sent the ball way over the left fielder's head for a two-run homerun!

Majors

  • Ethan Helm, Owls - 4/22 hit an awesome homerun against the SS Angels over the fence between center and left field dropping about 5-10 ft over.
  • Jack Santinello, Owls
     1. 4/22 hit a homerun over the fence against the SS Angels.
     2. 7/15 hit a homerun against Tustin Western in the District 30 Championship game for the Orange All Stars.

  • Chance Lamberth, Owls - 3/14 against the SS Padres, Chance hit a beautiful home run just to the right of center field. It cleared the fence by about 10 feet.

      1. 3/21 Lead Off HR in the first inning against the Yankees
      2-3. 7/15 Hit two homeruns against Tustin Western in the District 30 Championship game for the Orange All Stars.
  • Zach McKay 3/21 Bulldogs 
      1. 3/21 - 2 run HR in the first inning against the Yankees
      2. 3/24 - 3 run HR in the 3rd inning against the Dirtbags
  • Kasein Hodge, Bulldogs
      1. 3/21 Grand Slam in the 5th inning against the Yankees

      1. 5/14 Top of the 5th, A solo HR way past the fence left of center field

AAA 

  • AJ Esperanza - 9/10 State All Stars, 6/27 hit a bomb over the right field fence to help beat the Tustin Western All Stars with a 9-4 victory.
  • Riley Fink - 9/10 State All Stars, 6/26 hit a three run HR against the Villa Park All Stars helping with a big 10-2 win.
  • Patrick Glasgow, Padres
    1. 6/7 hit a bomb over the left field fence in the Tournament of Champions against Olive Rays.
  • Shane Darsow - Dodgers
    1. 4/7 hit a homerun in the machine pitch tournament against the Yankees.
    2. 4/9 hit a homerun in the machine pithch tournament against the Padres.
    3. 4/11 walk off homerun in the 7th inning to win the game against the Angels in the machine pitch tournament.
    4. 5/14 hit a grandslam against the SS Yankees at OLL.
    5. 5/18 hit a homerun against the OLL Angels at SSLL.
    6. 5/19 hit a homerun as the leadoff hitter in the bottom of the first inning against the SS Yankees at SSLL.
    7. 5/19 hit a grandslam against the SS Yankees at SSLL.
    8. 7/19 hit a solo homerun in the 3rd inning for the 9/10 State All Stars against Golden Hill in the Section 5 semi final game helping OLL win 7-2.
    9. 7/30 - in the top of the 6th inning, down 1 run, 2 outs, and a 1-2 count, Golita Valley All Stars were one pitch away from winning the Cal Sub-Div 3 North Championship.  Fate had different plans as Shane hit a towering home run over the right field fence with 2 men on to take the lead resutling in OLL All Star historic victory as the 2009 California Sub-Division 3 North Champions!
    10. 8/3 - Top of the 6th hit a booming HR over right fence with two men on to bring OLL All Stars within one run of tieing up the game for the State Championship.
  • Dalton Beer - 5/19 hit a homerun against SS Yankees at SSLL.
  • Michael Long - Dodgers
    1. 5/19 hit a homerun against the SS Yankees at SSLL.
    2. 5/27 hit a two run HR over right center field at Villa Park against Anaheim Hills West Mets.
    3. 6/23 hit a three run HR at North Sunrise against NESALL in the first inning for the Orange Crush 9/10 All Stars.
    4. 7/8 hit a Grand Slam HR at North Sunrise against Tustin Eastern in the first inning of the District 30 Championship game helping the Orange Crush 9/10 All Stars win with a 6-2 victory.
    5. 7/18 hit a 3 shot homerun in the 4th inning for the 9/10 All Stars against Long Beach in the Section 5 Tournament.
    6. 7/27 hit a 3 shot homerun in the top of the 1st inning against Golita Valley All Stars.
    7.  8/1 hit a Grand Slam in the bottom of the 4th inning against Rancho San Diego to change momentum on the favor of Orange All Stars.  With one swing of the bat he brought us to within one run with a score of 8-9 which was followed in the 5th inning with two more runs giving Orange the Division 3 Game 1 victory!
  • Alec Castillo - 4/6 hit a homerun in the machine pitch tournament against the Dodgers
  • Gabe Cicco, Padres
    1.  3/28 hit a Grand Slam at South Sunrise against the South Sunrise Angels.
    2.  6/22 hit a Grand Slam against North Sunrise at their home field for the 10/11 Orange All Stars.
  • William Meissner, Angels 
     1. 2/22 at South Sunrise against the South Sunrise A's batting left hit an outside pitch deep in the strike zone over the left field fence with one man on for his first at bat of the season.
    2. 4/9 hit a solo homerun in the machine pitch tournament against the Yankees.

AA

  • Ryan Trujillo, 9/10 Pool Tournament All Stars - 6/25 hit a two run home run over the center field fence beating Olive 4-8. 
  • Dylan Victer, Angels - 4/28 hit a solo shot over the fence in center field in the 5th inning against the Giants
  • Zack DeLaCruz, Dodgers - April 8th Grand Slam over the right field fence in the 3rd inning.
  • Jraven Cruz, Giants - Hit a homerun against the A's
  • Joshua Aviles, Giants - Hit a homerun against the Angels
  • Michael Nogueira, Yankees
    1.  3/17  Entering
    the 5th inning the Yankees found themselves down 2-0.  Michael Nogueira scores the go ahead and winning run with a 3 run homerun.
    2.  5/20 vs. Padres with two outs and the bases loaded hit a 1-1 pitch over the center field fence for a grand slam homerun to put the Yankees up by two.
  • Ryan Islas, Yankees - 3/21 Entering the top of the 5th inning the Yankees and Angels found themselves tied at 9 all.  With 2 outs, Ryan Islas, the 7th player to bat that inning , hit a 3 run homerun.
  • Steven Akerman, Yankees - 5/20 vs. Padres with two outs in the bottom of the second inning hit a solo shot to right center field to tie the game.
